Don’t rush it
When at a buffet, do not give in to the tendency to eat quickly so that you can hurry back to the table for seconds. Rather, eat slowly (small portions so that you’ll have enough space in that tummy) and then before going back to the buffet table, take your time and decide whether you can really handle more servings.
