I just read an article, about how a DR in France uses salt to cure high blood pressure. HHMMM? I was salt sensitive, but after reading the article, began to use it (barely a quick sprinkle)and it seems to be helpful.

The article stated, that we were told to not use salt, because of studies done on salt lacking minerals. But if one were to use a Sea Salt, that is still rich in minerals from the ocean, it was actually good for the heart.

The heart needs the salt for good health. I stopped using it, because they said it was bad for us. Now they....as usual....tell us they were wrong?????

Think about? The Tibetans climb huge mountains to get salt. It is mentioned in the Bible. Was it Ghandi who collected salt with the people of India?

I would say that quality salt is good, and now I know of the Potassium balance. Thank you. :)

I use Baliene salt from France.
