I was on the phone with a close friend the other day when she told me that the doctors put her sister on lithium. Needless to say, I was a bit shocked. INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Nescafé
2 eggs
2 measures gin
200ml Guinness
200ml pt milk
200ml pt orange juice
