Eat more organic fruits and veggies
You should aim to consume about three servings of veggies, and two servings of fruit every single day. Fruits and vegetables provide your body with a plethora of useful nutrients and vitamins. Organic vegetables are even better! They taste better. They are more pure, as they havenâ€™t been subjected to any pesticides or gmoâ€™s.
